Privacy on the waitlist
What we collect
- Your name and your WhatsApp number or email.
- If you choose to answer them: whether you have your keys, your home's size, your society or building, and the style you like.
- Which link brought you here — a society's link, or a friend's personal link — so a friend who invited you moves up the list.
- How visitors use this page: Google Analytics counts visits, and the Meta pixel tells us which of our Facebook and Instagram ads brought people here. Both set cookies. To avoid them, use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker; the page works the same.
Why
To send you your place in line and your personal link, to tell you when Pune opens, and to book your call with our architect. Our team may call or message you about that call. We use your answers to line up studios that fit your home. We don't sell your details, and no studio receives them unless you ask to be introduced.
We collect this with your consent, which you give with the tick box when you join (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). You can withdraw it at any time.
Friends you invite
When friends join through your link, we tell you how many have joined — never who they are. If you give your society, we tell you how many from the same society have joined, as a number only.
Who handles it for us
Vercel (hosting this page), Supabase (our database), Meta (WhatsApp messages), Resend (email), Google Analytics and Meta's ad measurement. Each handles the data only to provide that service to us.
Ad measurement
When you join (the tick box says so), we tell Meta that one of our ads led to a signup, so we spend less on ads that don't work. Your number or email is scrambled (hashed) before it leaves our server, so Meta can match it to an account it already knows but never receives it in readable form.
How long we keep it
Until twelve months after Pune opens, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If you become a customer, the product's own privacy policy takes over.
Your choices
Ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, or stop messages at any time: write to hello@oneinteriors.in. We answer within seven days.
